Korbel is our 1/2 ACCOYO foundation female. She has delighted us with two wonderful cria: Gaze Acres Highland Twilight and Gaze Acres King Kasper (born on Halloween 2006!). Both of her offspring exhibit the same fine fleece with buttery handle that SNOWMASS Alpacas refers to as the highly desirable “silky type”. Korbel is big-boned, confirmationally correct, has perfect dentition and a gentle temperament. She is easily bred, has never needed assistance in birthing and is a wonderful mother with plenty of milk – the perfect alpaca for new breeders! She is currently carrying a ciria sired by SNOWMASS SPIRIT KING, an AUGUSTO grandson, for a Fall 2007 birth.
